Shipping policy

At PurpleNight, we are committed to delivering your order securely and discreetly. We understand that privacy is a priority when purchasing adult products, and every order is handled with care.


1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

If there is a delay in processing, we will notify you by email.


2. Shipping Within Canada

We currently ship within Canada.

Estimated delivery time for Standard Shipping is 5–12 business days, depending on location and carrier conditions.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping carrier delays, weather conditions, or holiday volume may impact delivery timelines.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping is a flat rate of $9.95 per order, unless otherwise stated during checkout.


4. Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no reference to product contents.

We take reasonable steps to protect your privacy during the shipping process.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier system.


6. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Failure to collect from carrier
  • Refusal of delivery

Additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.


7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

To qualify for review:

  • The issue must be reported within 7 days
  • Photo or video evidence is required
  • Shipping label and outer packaging must be clearly shown

Resolution

If transit damage is verified, a replacement will be provided as the primary resolution.

If a replacement is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.


8. Delivery Confirmation

Once a package is marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout, PurpleNight is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
  • Packages retrieved by individuals at the delivery address
  • Theft occurring after confirmed delivery

If you believe a package was misdelivered, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will assist when possible.


9. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they enter processing.

Once an order has entered processing, cancellation is no longer possible, even if tracking information has not yet been issued.

Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
