Orders may be canceled or modified only before they enter processing.

Once an order has been processed or prepared for shipment, cancellation or modification is no longer possible, even if a tracking number has not yet been issued.

PurpleNight is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. However, we will do our best to assist you in contacting the carrier and filing a claim if needed.
