Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with PurpleNight! Because of the intimate nature of our products, we only accept returns under specific conditions. Please read the following policy carefully.

1. Eligible Returns

  • Defective or Damaged Items
    If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may ask for photos or videos to verify the issue. If approved, we will send you a replacement or offer a full refund. We will cover return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.
  • Incorrect Items
    If you received the wrong product or an incomplete order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll promptly ship the correct item(s) or process a refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Intimate products (e.g. vibrators, dildos) that have been opened or used
  • Lubricants, oils, or creams that have been opened
  • Lingerie or clothing that has been worn or removed from original packaging
  • Gift cards or custom-made items
  • Items that are correct, undamaged, and delivered as described
  • Orders where the return or exchange request is made more than 7 days after delivery

Please note:
     Returns or exchanges are only accepted if there is an issue with the item (e.g. incorrect or defective product). If the product is correct and in good condition, we are unable to offer a return or exchange. Requests made more than 7 days after delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange.

3. How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at info@purplenight.ca within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number, the item name, and a description of the issue
  3. We will review and respond with return instructions
  4. Carefully package the product and include any proof of purchase
Note: Returns requested after the 7-day window may not be accepted.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Please allow 5–14 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider
  • In some cases, partial refunds may apply if the product is opened or used (unless it is defective)

5. Return cost

     Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • The wrong item was received

   In these cases, PurpleNight will cover the return shipping fee.

   Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

6. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. We will try to accommodate the request, but cancellation is not guaranteed.
